Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BushelIQ platform operated by BushelIQ ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using BushelIQ, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
BushelIQ provides AI-powered legal and eDiscovery tools including privilege log generation, document production, contract analysis, legal research, and related services. The platform is intended for use by legal professionals and litigation support teams.
2. Not Legal Advice
BushelIQ is a technology platform, not a law firm. Output generated by BushelIQ does not constitute legal advice. All AI-generated content, including privilege logs, contract analyses, research memos, and case summaries, is for informational and research purposes only. Users are responsible for independently verifying all output before reliance. Attorneys using BushelIQ remain solely responsible for their professional obligations and the accuracy of work product submitted to courts or opposing parties.
3. Subscription and Payment
Access to BushelIQ's full feature set requires a paid subscription at the rates displayed on busheliq.com. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. All payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: upload documents you are not authorized to share with third-party services; use BushelIQ to generate fraudulent, misleading, or fabricated legal documents; attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures; resell or sublicense access to the platform; or use the platform in violation of any applicable law or professional conduct rule.
5. Document Uploads
By uploading documents to BushelIQ, you represent that you have authorization to share those documents with third-party AI processing services. You are solely responsible for compliance with confidentiality obligations, protective orders, and applicable professional responsibility rules governing documents you upload.
6. Intellectual Property
AI-generated output produced through your use of BushelIQ is owned by you. BushelIQ retains all rights to its platform, software, and underlying technology.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
BushelIQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated output will be accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BushelIQ's total liability for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform following notice of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
